Trujillo Adobe Volunteer Terms and Conditions

1. **Acceptance of Terms**
By signing up as a volunteer, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not volunteer.

2. **Volunteer Role**
Volunteers agree to perform their duties to the best of their abilities, to adhere to the organization’s rules and procedures, and to uphold the values and mission of the Spanish Town Heritage Foundation 501(c)(3), the Trujillo Adobe, and the Riverside Tamale Festival.

 3. **Code of Conduct**
Volunteers are expected to act with respect, integrity, and professionalism at all times. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or misconduct will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of volunteer status.

 4. **Confidentiality**
Volunteers may have access to sensitive information. All volunteers must agree to keep this information confidential and not disclose it to any third parties.

 5. **Background Checks**
For certain volunteer positions, a background check may be required. By agreeing to volunteer, you consent to undergo a background check if requested.

6. **Health and Safety**
Volunteers must follow all health and safety guidelines provided by the Spanish Town Heritage Foundation, the Trujillo Adobe, and the Riverside Tamale Festival. Any health or physical limitations should be disclosed to ensure appropriate placement.

 7. **Liability**
The Spanish Town Heritage Foundation, the Trujillo Adobe, and the Riverside Tamale Festival are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur while volunteering. Volunteers agree to release and hold harmless these organizations from any and all liability.

8. **Media Release**
By volunteering, you grant permission for the Spanish Town Heritage Foundation, the Trujillo Adobe, and the Riverside Tamale Festival to use photographs or video footage taken of you during volunteer activities for promotional purposes.

 9. **Termination**
The Spanish Town Heritage Foundation, the Trujillo Adobe, and the Riverside Tamale Festival reserve the right to terminate a volunteer’s participation at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to failure to comply with these terms and conditions.

10. **Agreement**
By submitting the volunteer interest form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
